Raraflora NurseriesOur 2008 stocks are now largely sold out. Our 2009 collections will be ready for sale in March 2009. We graft different varieties each year which become saleable 18 months-2 years later so check back soon to see what new varieties we have available.
All plants are growing in 200mm (8") pots. For postage, we bare root them, wrap roots in wet paper and package carefully before posting with Australia Post. This has proven to be a successful method of distribution. Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up your order.

Cotinus Coggygria Golden Spirit $25.00
A unique and very ornamental form of the Smoke Bush. The brilliant yellow of its rounded leaves do not scorch in direct sunlight but in fact become more an iridescent yellow with the more sun it receives. Planted in shadier positions will induce more lime yellow colourings. In addition it has the usual plumes of smoke-like flowers normally associated with this shrub during summer as well as an autumn foliage display of coral, orange and red. Slow growing reaching its mature size after around 10 years. This medium sized shrub is highly prized for its decorate appeal.
